Becker Credentialing Services ("we," "us") provides credentialing and billing services to mental and behavioral health providers. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we handle the information clients share with us.

Information you send through this website

When you use our contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, how you heard about us, and your message. When you request our free credentialing checklist, we receive your name, email address, and any optional details you choose to share. We use this information only to respond to you and to follow up about our services. Form submissions are delivered to us through our website host, Netlify, which stores them on our behalf.

Please don't send licenses, IDs, or other sensitive documents through the contact form. We collect those through the secure methods described below.

How we handle client information

Credentialing requires sensitive information such as licenses, certifications, and identification numbers. To protect it:

• In most cases, clients give us login access and we retrieve what's needed directly from their own secure portals, so documents stay where they already are.
• When that isn't possible, we exchange documents through a secure portal or DocuSign.
• For billing, we work in our clients' own billing and practice management systems. We don't store patient information ourselves; it stays in the practice's system.
• We use client information only to provide the credentialing and billing services we've been engaged for, such as completing and submitting insurance applications.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't share your information except as needed to provide our services (for example, submitting applications to the insurance companies you've asked us to work with) or as required by law.

Website data

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that doesn't use cookies or identify individual visitors, to count visits and see which pages are read and how visitors found us. Our website host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages visited) to operate and secure the site, and page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
